Escape New York™ and Club Members and the causes we support benefit from the generous support of our sponsors.

Sponsorship benefits include

• connect with the large, vibrant, and ever-growing cycling community in the NY Tri-state region.

• contribution of capital or goods and services to support the operation of Escape New York™ or Raffle prizes.

  • We are a 501c3 Charity

• logos will be prominently displayed based upon the total value of a sponsor’s contribution.

• logos of major sponsors can be included on our jersey for sponsors who sign up by early June (this is suspended for 2024, because of a unique new jersey design - but will be back in 2025, so sign up for a two year sponsorship before the 2024 ride and get two years for the price of one!)

• announce sponsors’ support on our Social Media pages and to our 10,000+ strong mailing list.

• participation as an exhibitor in our classic “Finish Festival” at Sakura Park on the day of event Saturday September 28th, 2024

We are open to your suggestions

• such as holding unique-to-you as a sponsor, and of interest to our riders, Zoom virtual meetings ahead of event

• some of our sponsors have held their own events with our club to promote themselves in addition to their sponsorship of the ride - contact us!

2024 Sponsorship Drive - What’s New?

First of all, our approach has broadened. We are focussed on year-long sponsorship benefits as NYCC sponsors.

When you sponsor the New York Cycle Club, Escape New York is one of MANY benefits you can leverage ALL YEAR LONG!

We are also looking for sponsors to become long term partners of the club so you, and we, can plan over a longer period of time to gain even more benefits for your brand and for our club members. Two, Three and Five Year Options are being developed. Get in on the ground floor and become sponsors of The New York Cycle Club and work with our marketing committee to develop a long term relationship that benefits your brand and our membership. And really, it’s all flexible. Our goal is to help our members and companies that serve them, gain further benefit from and connection to, each other.
